I am so very sorry to hear of Noel’s passing He was always a true gentleman, kind fair with a wicked sense of humour. It was a real honour to serve with him in ‘D’ Division - I wish I could express my condolences in person but we are out of the country with family for the holidays I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
