Mrs Agnes Anderson (nee McKinstry)

Called Home 27th January 2026 in her 100th year at Hamilton Private Nursing Home. Formerly of Burn Road, Doagh.

Beloved wife of the late Joe, much loved mother of Valerie, Audrey, June, James and Michael, dear mother-in- law of Karen, Gale and the late Graham, Jim and Jimmy, and a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother.

Friends and family are welcome to call at her daughter Valerie’s home 117 Hollybank Road, Parkgate on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th between 2.00pm – 4.00pm and 7.00pm – 9.00pm.

A Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration will be held in First Donegore Presbyterian Church, Parkgate on Saturday 31st January at 11.30am.

No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Northern Ireland Childrens Hospice online via flemingandcuthbert.co.uk or by telephone (028 93344242 Mon - Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm).

Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all the family circle.

A mothers love is always near, A guiding hand, a voice so dear. Though time moves on, her love remains, A gentle touch in joy and pain. Her kindness echoes, strong and true, Mum, we’ll always cherish you.
