A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Abbots Cross Presbyterian Church on Friday 17th July at 12.30 p.m., followed by interment in Ballyclare Cemetery.

We provide home-based nursing across all of Northern Ireland. We also provide palliative care services and bereavement counselling, including in our Belfast hospice, for people living within the Belfast and South Eastern Trust.
As well as policy and campaigning, we're the largest charitable funder of research to improve end of life care.
